The Analysis Of Relationship Between Facilities Agricultural Development And Farmers Cooperatives

Xinjiang Agriculture is experiencing from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Development facilities agriculture is the only way to achieve this transformation. The development of facilities agriculture need to be promoted by appropriate forms of organization.This is a systematic study of the relationship between the farmer cooperatives and agricultural facilities under the guidance of economic theory of cooperation, public service theory in the modern theory of agriculture.this paper analyses the development of facilities agriculture in xinjiang turpan regions of the current situation and existing prominent problems, and turpan farmers'specialized cooperative organizations with the overall situation, the major obstacle to the development of facilities agriculture and peasants cooperatives,study the interactive relationship between farmers cooperatives:on the one hand, to express peasants to integration with the construction of facilities agriculture, so the government needs the supply and farmers to match demand, the government with peasants cooperatives for platform construction of facilities agriculture, services pointed, the cost is low; On the other hand, with peasants cooperatives as the carrier, the cooperative agricultural projects implementation of facilities for farmers to provide valuable service, attract more farmers can grow farmers joined cooperatives.Finally, this thesis proposes promoting xinjiang turpan facilities agriculture and cooperative development policy Suggestions.This paper studies the main meaning:(1) current, because the land circulation and capital of the country, and agricultural products market competition becomes increasingly fierce. The agricultural development in turpan facing abroad and domestic developed regions, the double pressure increasing the income of farmers increased difficulty scattered. Under such a background, research turpan through the farmer cooperative organizations to promote the construction of facilities agriculture in the region, relationship between the construction of facilities agriculture on long-term strategy, and has important economic and social value.(2) compared with economic developed area, the cooperatives in turpan quantity, level is low. From the internal condition and cooperative generate two aspects external environment, study thoroughly and systematically turpan farmers in the generating mechanism, is a fundamental theory of a research work in turpan cooperatives, also accord with the development of the need of reality.
