| With the economic developed of China, our country's trade develops very fast. Because foreign direct investment can promote the development of trade,.Based on this relationship,our country's investment develops. But the investment amount and trade amount can not be compared. With our country's economic development, the investment amount will gradually increase.Our country don't invest many areas. China has two largest destinations for FDI, it′s Latin America and Asia. Because of South Africa have many investment advantages to our country, in recent years the rate of China's direct investment in South Africa is very fast. Due to the existence of needs with each other for China and Souith Africa, we also appeared increasing trend of double-sided trade,although we suffered the influence of the financial crisis spread.In this thesis,I adopted the statistics model to analyze the connection about the investment and trade between China and South Africa. The paper conducted a preliminary discuss to China's direct to South Africa and the commerce between the two countries. Finally, the thesis proposes some recommendations to solve some problems which exist between China's direct to South Africa and the commerce between China and South Africa.At first, this thesis elaborated the theory examization results .These theory presented by previous experts. Next the paper introduced the commerce present situation and characteristics of China's overseas direct investment to South Africa and commerce. The paper elaborates China's direct investment and commerce in the empirical and theoretical analysis, the theory mainly depicts the effects of China's foreign direct investment and commerce of specific performance, conducting empirical analysis, taking a decade China's direct investment and commerce data, using related data to analysis data and testing, finally arrive at the relationship between direct investment, imports and exports. Finally, the thesis analyzed the motivation for the cause of commerce, and integrating the present development of the current economic situation to raised investment policy recommendations. |
