Empirical Analysis Of Xi’an High-tech Industries To Promote Path

China’s economic development presents new normal, the transformation of economic development mode to enter a period of adjustment, economic development, science and technology for increasing demand for high-tech industries on the rise. As one of six high-tech industry development bases in China, Xi’an with the industry itself has the advantage of high-tech industrial development in the region to maintain sustained growth. Xi’an high-tech industries but also facing the dual challenges of domestic and foreign markets and its own industrial restructuring task. This article based descriptive study, analytical studies, study countermeasures research ideas, to promote the development of high-tech industry in Xi’an path research and design.In this paper, reading literature on the basis of theoretical research in the industry to grasp the actual situation and development, collect the relevant data on the Xi’an high-tech industry, grasp the current situation of high-tech related industries focus research and industrial development. Mainly through the PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST-SWOT matrix construct the way to high-tech industry in Xi’an from internal factors, external factors were analyzed in two dimensions, and the influencing factors of Xi’an high-tech industry will be carding and integration, to build a PEST-SWOT matrix element analysis and integration.Based on the results from the industrial technology research and development and personnel training, industrial restructuring, improve the industrial investment and financing system, set up four business platform to build on in Xi’an high-tech industries to promote the path.
