On The Justice Of The Urban-rural Income In Harmonious Society

Since the reform and opening up, China has made unprecedented economic and social development, people's living standards in general has been greatly improved.At the same time, China's income distribution and distribution pattern have a fundamental change.The income among the urban-rural residents had a clear gap ,which continues to accelerate and the worst is unequal income distribution between rural and urban residents. Widening gap between this and the unfair distribution not only has its historical reasons, but also has something with prevalent violations of the principles of fairness and justice in the economic field under the special reality of China's economic transformation, social transformation. Thus, unfair distribution of income and widening gap between urban and rural residents is not entirely an economic issue but also a social problem, which become an enemy of the current construction of a harmonious socialist of our country. So studying the problem of fairness of income distribution between urban and rural residents and promoting a fair and reasonable distribution have a great significance for building a socialist harmonious society in China.In this paper, the significance of promoting equitable income distribution between urban and rural residents for building a socialist harmonious society in China is clarified,applying the theory of economic ethics through grasping the equitable distribution of the Marxist theory of socialism and the thinking of distributive justice with Chinese characteristics. The connotation of distributive justice of urban-rural income is defined ,on this criteria and based on a lot of detailed information systems, the status of urban-rural income distribution and its impact to building a harmonious society is analyzed.Dynamic analysis of the causes of urban and rural income distribution and the corresponding policy recommendations is done from economic, political, social, ethical point of view with three logic aspects of combining the just starting point , just process of income distribution and the results justice.Full text is divided into four parts.The first part is to explore the development of the theory of distributive justice of the urban-rural income and its significance for building a harmonious society from the perspective of the concepts and theories. The second partis is to reveal the current inequitable distribution of urban-rural income gap between urban and rural areas and its influence according to detailed statistics while it is beleived that a just distribution of income urban and rural residents has been achieved .The third part made a focus of analysis on problems of urban and rural residents of the income distribution ,beginning with three points of the starting point,process and results from two lines of the history and reality, and from three aspects of institutional, institutional policy, the operation of institutional policy. According to the analysis of the causes, combining with our building and social background and the reality, suggestions which aim to the promotion of equitable income distribution between urban and rural residentsare put forward .Equitable distribution of income is the inevitable requirement of the development of human society .It is the relentless pursuit of the ideal of mankind.It is an important stage of development of human society and an important symbol of the progress of human civilization. Equitable distribution of income is the nature of people's endless pursuit of survival and development, it is to achieve social harmony and comprehensive human development as its ultimate aim. On Vision to build a harmonious society, So I take the justice of the urban-rural income in harmonious Society as my issue of thesis to analysis the current distribution of rural income justice, to understand the impact,causes and status of urban and rural income distribution comprehensively, systematicly and objectively , and to find the explore solutions in view of learning from home and abroad based on the theory, using of the hands of their own theoretical and professional knowledge. In view of the combination of economic, political, social and ethical point, based on the three logical thinking that fairness of starting point, process and results in income distribution.This thesis provides a new perspective and starting point for the justice of urban - rural residents income, promotes justic distribution of rban - rural residents income, and accelreates China's economic development and harmonious society construction.
