A Study On The Relationship Between Private Entrepreneurs And Professional Managers

With the development and expansion of business scale, the relationship between private entrepreneurs and professional managers has been an important part of affecting enterprise sustainable development. The relationship between these two has become a hot spot of academic research. This article is based on the discussion of development status of private enterprise, entrepreneurs and professional managers. It proposed the main reason of disharmony between the two is mutual mistrust out of the protection for their own interests. Then it gave dialectical analysis on relationship influence factor of the two from outside environment, the enterprises, entrepreneurs and managers. The paper summed up four suggestions to improve relations between the two. That is to create a good social and market environment, regulate the access and exit system of professional managers in enterprise system building. The third is self construction of entrepreneurs and then to improve the professionalism of managers. Private entrepreneurs and professional managers who build win-win relationship under mutual trust in the practice will greatly promote the efficient operation of enterprises.
