Comparative Research Of The Urbanization Lever Between Inner Mongolia Eastern And Inner Mongolia Western

In recent years, china's urbanization level is increasing, Inner Mongolia autono-mous region is no exception. The urbanization level of Inner Mongolia autonomous region is higher than the urbanization level of china, but the speed of growth is lower than the china. It shows that the urbanization level of every municipality of Inner Mongolia autonomous region has significant difference.Under the background, this paper has compared and analyzed the urbanization level of Inner Mongolia 12 munic-ipality. The urbanization level is not only relevant to the population from country to city but also the proportion of the third industry professionals, the proportion of the third industrial output value,per capita GDP etc. According to the actual condition of Inner Mongolia and the perspective of the comprehensive analysis,the author has ch-ose nine indicators related with the urbanization level and used the factor analysis to make comparative analysis of the urbanization level of every municipality of Inner Mongolia.According to the result of analysis,author formulates policy in order to make the speed of increasing of the urbanization level of Inner Mongolia autonomous region to catch the speed of increasing of the national and creates a urbanization path with Inner Mongolia characteristics, play an important role in the development of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. First this paper mainly combs out the definition and theoretical basis, dynamic mechanism of the urbanization. Second after knowing the basic situation of Inner Mongolia, author analyses the related factors of urbanization level and uses the model to compare the urbanization level between Inner Mongolia eastern and Inner Mongolia western. The conclusion is as follows:First, Inner Mongolia auto-nomous region is moderate developing area in the national view, eastern and wes-tern developing gap is bigger, come to a conclusion, the urbanization level of Inner Mongolia western is higher than the urbanization level of Inner Mongolia eastern. Second, Inner Mongolia 12 union city mainly showed two big categories, first big category include three small categories, the first small category includes hohhot,Baotou, second small category includes Erdos,Alxa,Wuhai;The third small category includes Xilin Gol;The second category includes Bayan Nur,Hulunbuir,Ulanqab,Chifeng,Tongliao,Hinggan.In the end, the essay gives economic explanation to the above conclusion and gives some policies and advice. During the following economic development, the government should enhance the economic ties between Hohho,Baotou and Erdos, enhance gathering force of HBE, Inner Mongolia western municipality should jointly develop around HBE, enlarge the investment to Inner Mongolia eastern especially Hinggan, adjust the structure of urban and rural areas, Inner Mongolia eastern should make a series of distinctive urbanization strategy, so as to improve the urbanization level of every municipality of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and finally enhance the urbanization level of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, promote the overall development of Inner Mongolia autonomous region better.
