Research On The Interface Management Of Virtual Enterprise

In recent years, enterprises to begin to choose its virtual operating with the internet and information technology, to seek to expand and strengthen own competitiveness. The model of virtual operating is as itself as the core, for integrating enterprise's kernel ability and dangling after market opportunities. In this mode, the value chain of events would not by individual enterprises alone to do, but more to rely on co-operation between the good of the process to implement. In an interactive process, the delivery resource flows forms the interface between enterprises. As differences between the two sides, there are mass of interface conflicts, those impede the flow of resources, causing cooperation interface from enterprises. As a dynamic operating system, virtual enterprise became more unstable condition with the development of the interface conflict. Finally, it is difficult to achieve the cooperation and lose the chance. Therefore, the interface management of Virtual enterprise becomes enterprise management of new ideas.The article categorizes four basic forms of virtual enterprise in Chinese. Internal organizations of virtual enterprise are too much stronger independent, so the conflicts of interfaces also are more obvious. Therefore, maintaining the interface of virtual enterprise is indispensable. There are many interfaces in different types of virtual enterprises, as R&D-Marketing interface,Production-R&D interface and Marketing-Production interface. In practice, a virtual enterprise has basic patterns to interface management, but it is nonproductive. This is largely because some of the existence of barriers affects the implementation of interfaces management. The article analyzed interface obstacles with AHP evaluation model, in order to find out their formative factors. It is helpful to establish a line of effective interface management system and come true interface coordination.The article firstly defines the important concepts of interface management, secondly describes the content of theory as Interface management theory, Value chain theory, Collaborative theory, Business processes to reconstruct. Based on the status quo of virtual enterprises, the article pointes out that there are more and more virtual enterprise in China and they all own the rights to operate the enterprise cluster. The core enterprise controlled the interface management rights. It was paid attention to when the interface obstacles had been sharpened. The content of management is determined by the types of virtual enterprises. The way to interface management of virtual enterprises is contract management. However, the efficiency of management isn't ideal, it is because of interface obstacles. Based on AHP evaluation model, this paper studies the main interface obstacles of virtual operating, in order to find out their formative factors. These factors are the difficulties on maintenance of partnerships, information monopoly, process abutment and culture conflict. The article establishes the framework of interface management to virtual enterprise. The paper makes improving the interface environment as target, interface obfuscation is the norm. This paper proposes that it's necessary to build contract mechanism, trust mechanism, coordination mechanism and learning mechanism. These are helpful to create a favorable environment and improve cooperation efficiency. In the overall framework guidance, the article makes to improve enterprise management interfaces using several concrete measures, including choosing the right to participate in the partners interface, establishing dynamic leadership team, expanding resources flow, improving the production process, promotion of interface learning ability. To combine theory with practice, the article analyses the actual state of interface management in the case of SenMa, and proposes improvement measures which are suitable to SenMa.
