Interface management is a new research point of technology innovation . Interface management need to impart information,material and capital between enterprises,between departments ,between staff in time,in order to solutating theirs contradiction on specilization and collaboration ,fulfil control, collaboration, communication, promoting total management effection, achiving the highest aim.The quality of interface impacts the enterprises' technology innovation efficiency . The efficiency of innovation is very low to industry enterprise of our country for a long time ,the key problom about the efficiency of converted rate is very low and requiring a long time ,this confines enterprise deeply. To traditional enterprise ,specilization is high,departments is more,they have different aim and obligation ,this resultes dissonance.Manufacturing department holds main position ,but,R&D department has become more important for enterprise. Conflict between theirs interface happened usually. This article research the interface management between R&D and manufacturing departments to explore the reason,princinple,and course.lt may promote the level of interface management, promoting the enterprises' compatition also.Through the methods of the article ,questionary, coze,researching the Iron and Steel enterprises interface management ,showing the important affect on interface by the following facts ,such as organization structure, information communication and enterprise culture ;taking out some new management idea to resoute the interface of the Iron and Steel enterprises.The structure of iron and steel enterprise is formal highly and fixed, the puissance contralize to the top of paramid.The people on the top of paramid give orders to function -department and line- department .He depends on specilization to obtaining efficiency and stable,he command progresses and orders of work,but,this demarcate them from creative circumstance,because needed by innovation,the creation of thinking and action is limited. So,this kind of structure is not the best kind of structure for innovation.Enterprises require structure for innovation ,the structure affects innovation.How to integratate innovation and structure become an important problom.Organization,double-ladder promotion etc.What's more ,it applies comparative method to contrast the effluence that historical culture in China,American andThrough analyzing structure , we find crossing structure , project team,subjunctive structure to soluting interface management problem, promoting efficiency of innovation.Through analyzing communication and reward system ,we find three goodmethods to solute this problem.lt can promote the quality of interface management.Through analyzing the culture of Japan,Amecican and China,we find that cultrue can affect interface management heavily,we draw the concept of culture management.
