Research On The Development Of Low-carbon Economy In Baoding Cities

As the global population and the economies of scale are growing, energy and environmental issues become the focus of world attention, the human is face of energy shortages and climate change.Changing the traditional high energy consumption, high pollution of economic growth, developing low-carbon economy with low power consumption, low emission, low pollution is an effective way.It has become an increasing concern and attention to more and more countries.The Chinese government is also embarked on a low-carbon economic development strategy of research and practical work, the rise of low-carbon urban construction boom.At present, Baoding is in the rapid industrialization and urbanization process, inevitably a lot of energy and resources consumption.In the development process, we must take a combination of economic development and environmental protection, instead of the traditional extensive production, way of life. Low-carbon economy has become the inevitable choice of Baoding.In early 2008, Baoding becomed a "low-carbon city development projects in China"the first pilot city with the new energy industry in the development and application of leading edge. Baoding will create a new industrial city that to low-carbon industry as the leading urban economy,to low-carbon living for the concept of the public,to low-carbon society as a government blueprint.Based on sustainable development theory, the development of decoupling theory, environmental Kuznets curve and the ecological footprint theory, it establishes a low-carbon economic development level of urban indicator system.Then it obtaines the level of development of low-carbon economy Baoding comprehensive evaluation through the analytic hierarchy process,to find the main problems, and to provide recommendations.
