Research On The Development Of Low Carbon Economy In Guangdong Region

Through analysis and Study on the carbon balance of Dongguan City and Ruyuan Yao Minority Autonomous County, indicating that the regional carbon balance of payments situation is different.At first, forest, cultivated land, grassland and wetland are the important media of CO₂ in absorbing and transforming the air in the domestic and foreign research, and have important influence on the global carbon budget and carbon emissions.However, the distribution of the land ecosystem in Guangdong Province, such as forest, farmland and wetland is not balanced, and it has regional differences in carbon budget.Second,carbon emissions and the local industrial production activities have a significant correlation, industrial output value is high, the second industry developed regions of the corresponding carbon emissions is relatively large.In this paper, through calculation and analysis of carbon emissions in the Dongguan City in the whole of Guangdong area occupies an important proportion of, is one of the important carbon source in Guangdong Province.Therefore, a comprehensive advocate of ecological civilization, reduce carbon emissions in 2030 in Guangdong Province is the urgent problem must be sought to solve before Guangdong’s carbon emissions to reach a peak.The Ruyuan, carbon emissions and local forest area, barren hills and green area of computing that solid carbon content and the number of forest vegetation in the area have important relationship.In order to understand the minority area of Guangdong Province in the process of rapid development of industrialization of CO₂ balance, this paper in Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County as an example are analyzed, estimated from 2005 to 2014 the net amount of carbon storage and release carbon content and analyze the changing trend.At the same time, the carbon budget of Ruyuan county and Dongguan city were analyzed and calculated. The results show that the NEP2 of Ruyuan County in 2014 was 363×10⁴t, NEP2 of Dongguan city was-2514×10⁴t.This shows that Dongguan is the carbon source region of Guangdong Province, Ruyuan county is a carbon sink region of Guangdong Province, and the carbon trading will play an important role in the development of low carbon economy between the two places in the future.
