On Current Situation And Development Tendency Of Private Economy In Baoding

Since 20 years of reform and open-up, private economy has made enormous contribution to the lasting, stable and health development of the national economic, which evolved as the brightest scenery in the process of China's economy reformation and development. Though greatly attracted attention of government and academician by its development, private economy is not on a plain sailing but with numerous obstacles. And thus the focus points and difficulties in theoretical and academic circles. Based on the case of middle and small-sized city of Baoding, with the methodology of investigation and scholar interview, this thesis researched on the current situation and tried to explore solutions of promoting private economy containing general significance.First of all, the thesis studied in the related theories of private economy which are the theoretical basis of the whole research. It involves the connotation and related conceptions with the induction of the various opinions of private economy. To gain further understanding of its essence, the author also showed the discrimination between private economy and easily-confused conceptions. After this, the properties, characteristics and operation mechanism of private economy were also discussed.Secondly, on the basis of investigation, the thesis included the current situation of private economy in Baoding. Analyzing the general situation, distribution characteristics, position and function, and bright points, the thesis revealed achievements and problems in the development of private economy in Baoding. Furthermore, it elaborated dilemma in development of private economy there from three aspects of restraint of productive elements, restraint of government management environment, and external threats.Thirdly, analyzed problems and this thesis restricting factors in the development of private economy in Baoding and consulting Eleventh Five-Year Plan, this thesis provided strategic overall plans for development of private economy in Baoding. Then it specified the future development and the emphasis. In order to ensure the achievement of goals, the policy suggestions and concrete measures.To sum up, the thesis analyzed the opportunity of private economy in Baoding from the aspects of political environment, policy environment, social environment, development environment. Moreover, under the direction of the scientific development, sustainable development and constructing the harmonious society, the author also brought forth the prospect of the Baoding.
