Private enterprise has become a major force of promoting economic development.How can private ernterprise make consierable development in market competition? Human resorce management help the companies achieve strategic goals. In such an environment,performance pay has developed,it has been used in many large and medium-sized enterprises,and has achieved very good results.Well,the private enterprises how to use such a pay system to incentive employees?how to motivate employees to create more wealth for business enterprises has become a concerning problem for lots of entrepreneurs and managers.The private enterprise has become a major force of promoting economic development.Therefor, the research object of the paper is Huaxing group. The basis of the paper is the theories of performance management and payment management. This paper based on the current situation and the problems,forming the performance pay system.In the specific design of the performance pay system,this article used the interviews method to analyze the company's position;used some methods to evaluation the position;used the market research and interviews to get the levels of some of the 4S shops in tianjin.Also,this article proposed some safeguards for the system.I hope this article can have some positive references to huaxing group.
