As one of the core parts of enterprise human resource management, payment and performance management plays a significant role in motivating employees to work with enthusiasm and initiative, improving the enterprise internal management standard and efficiency. However in the actual business management, it is a major challenge to the leaders that how to effectively design, introduce and implement the payment and performance management system so as to establish a realistic incentive mechanism. There are many cases that negative situation occurs after companies adjust their performance and payment systems, some of which are even severe enough to affect the regular operation of the companies.Based on the case of Company H and combined with the relevant theories and methods, this article describes the problems happened to Company H in its payment and performance practice and analyzes the reasons hidden behind them. Furthermore, this article introduces that how Company H set up and improved the management platform of enterprise human resources through optimizing the management system of position, payment and performance, in hoping that the case sets an example for the enterprises facing the similar problem with the merit and demerit. |
