Performance management was originated in US in 1970s and has developed in China in 1990s, experienced a lot of evolution. Many enterprises in the introduction of performance management,it could not totally be integrated with the enterprise. H company is an American brand of trading enterprise group, which makes rapid development in today's harsh, fierce market competition by clutching the pulse of the market by the rapid reaction, rapid expansion and diversification strategy.In order to achieve its stragegy, on the market level, H company continued acquisition of the company are complementary nature of the business or brand; to the internal management, procurement, project, quality and logistics of the team shifted to mainland China. H company set up in Shenzhen in the operation of the project-based H company China branch(hereinafter referred to as the H branch) to support the company's rapid development.H branch in response to the new needs of this art, base on the branch's corporate culture, background and other aspects of the case, it is designed for branch-based project management performance appraisal performance appraisal system. Meanwhile, the project management is widely used in today's enterprise, the commont part of this art, the project management of similar enterprises are also more common performance assessment for reference.In order to successfully design this set of evaluation system, the first comprehensive study of performance management and performance appraisal history, domestic and foreign research and development and/or application of the situation. Second, base on of H branch needs, a variety of targeted research of models and methods of performance appraisal, and research the relationship between compensation and performance evaluation, and so on. Third, specific study and analysis of the H branch organization and HR, the management of the pay system status. Base on this depth analysis of the H branch current status, this is a clear thinking of H branch performance appraisal system is come out. Fourth, base on the H company's strategy, design different job level and their responsibilities, and research the performance appraisal methods and assessment of specific content, apply AHP method to achieve performance evaluation weight design. Finally, the paper described the H branch performance appraisal system into implement steps and the specific application, and summarizes the contribution of the research and application.In this paper, it is research of theoretical combine with practice, quantitative analysis combine with qualitative analysis. Based primarily on the case of the actual data and others related data, quantitative analyze the position AHP weight research. It is focus on combining theory and practice through all paper, developed consistent with H branch specific characteristics of the performance system. Finally, there are performance appraisal system implementations and applications, and to summarize and/or improvement.
