Nowadays, the study of knowledge management becomes one of the most controversial topics in the academic circle. However, the empirical study of tacit knowledge is still rare. This thesis turns out to be very much novel in analyzing the relationship between tacit knowledge and organization performance in the hope of promoting knowledge management.This thesis is to further the study of tacit knowledge and its mobility, more specifically, to analyze the relationship between tacit knowledge and organization performance as well as to search for the key factors that influence this relationship, serving as a valuable guidance for the improvement of organization performance. This paper is to establish theoretical models for organization performance study with empirical methods so as to find how these key factors influence the organization performance and to what extent through designing questionnaires and analyzing data. Admittedly, it is a new study perspective for tacit knowledge analysis. The study of the relationship between tacit knowledge and organization performance can greatly enrich the study of both tacit knowledge and organization performance. This thesis intends to prove that it is very necessary to study tacit knowledge from its influence on organization performance.Lastly, based on the conclusion that tacit knowledge plays a very important role in promoting organization development, the author of this thesis tries to draw more attention to tacit knowledge from the academic circle.
