Scientometric Analysis Of Tacit Knowledge Research And Its Enlightenment To China's Enterprise Tacit Knowledge Management

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is a vital resource for enterprises.The British philosopher Polanyi divided the knowledge into tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge.The knowledge of an enterprise is like an iceberg.Explicit knowledge is only the iceberg that exposes the sea surface,occupying a small part of the total knowledge,most knowledge hidden beneath the sea.Therefore,we can see that the essence of the core competitiveness of enterprises is based on tacit knowledge,and tacit knowledge is the key and root of creating and maintaining the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a great deal of fruitful research on the concept,classification,transformation,sharing and application of tacit knowledge with using different research methods from different angles,but lacking the international measurement and accurate assessment of the research status of tacit knowledge,and the tracking of the network structure and evolution characteristics of transnational cooperative papers in this field is still more blank.Based on this situation,the study integrates the methods of scientometrical analysis,text mining,social network analysis and visualization technology from the perspective of multi-indicators and long-term spans,combining with the geography and ecology methods,to discuss the landscape and development trend of tacit knowledge.In the end,according to the existing research results at home and abroad to analyze the obstacles and put forward some suggestions for tacit knowledge management of enterprises in china.Firstly,this paper has implemented scientific measurement and international comparison of tacit knowledge,which goal is to to fully grasp the overall scientific research situation.The study includes 5 aspects,which are research output,scientific influence,the comprehensive evaluation of research output and scientific influence,disciplinary field,author's situation,The results show that the scientific output of tacit knowledge has witnessed a significant increase through the exploration period,rapid development period and stable period.China belongs to the producers of high-and-low type.The research involves many subjects,but the differences in scientific research output and scientific influence vary greatly in each subject.The level of cooperation is properly high,and has not yet formed a high-yield author group,chinese scholars are short of authority in the field of tacit knowledge.Secondly,we make a further analysis of the situation of transnational cooperation in the study of tacit knowledge,it includes 3 aspects: the cooperative output,the characteristics of cooperation relations and the cooperation diversity,and the cooperativenetwork.The study shows that: the total amount of transnational cooperative papers and the total amount of tacit knowledge papers show a consistent growth trend as time goes on,and collaborative research output has a remarkable growth.Bilateral cooperation is the dominating relationship and the type of collaborative trends to diversification and scattered.Through the analysis of network central index changes,the cooperative network presents a balanced trend.The United States and the United Kingdom occupy the dominant position in the cooperation network.European countries have strengthened the transnational cooperation research with other countries.The transnational cooperation in China is widespread and China has become the most active collaborator in the United States.Then,it analyzes the frontier hotspots and evolutionary trends of tacit knowledge in management discipline,including the key words of tacit knowledge,the co-occurrence network of keywords,and the evolution of emergent themes.The results show that the research on the theme of "tacit knowledge","knowledge management" and "knowledge" and "knowledge sharing","innovation","company",and continue to expand into the periphery to form multiple small-scale center networks.Among them,the key words of“company” include “knowledge transfer”,“knowledge sharing”,“organization”,“behavior”,“trust”,etc.It can be seen that these research themes are the focus of the company's tacit knowledge management.It is worth noting that "knowledge transformation" and "knowledge sharing" are the emergent themes that have emerged in recent years.This shows that scholars are further deepening and strengthening their research,and they have great potential in the field of tacit knowledge management in the future.Finally,in order to make up for the lack of scientometric analysis of tacit knowledge theory,combining with the main theories and tools of enterprise tacit knowledge management,this paper analyzes the main obstacles obstacles of tacit knowledge management,and suggestions from the angle of the organization structure,management system,technical means and enterprise culture four aspects,strengthen effective management the tacit knowledge sharing and innovation,promote enterprise knowledge,achieve the goal of sustainable development of enterprises.
