Information technology as the core of Internet accelerates the process of the global network and promotes humanity entering the era of knowledge economy greatly. Knowledge has become the strategic resource for enterprise development, and knowledge management has become emerging and increasingly important research topics. Tacit knowledge takes more than 90% of the whole organization knowledge, it is also the cornerstone to form the core competitiveness of enterprises, and tacit knowledge transformation is the key to tacit knowledge management. However, because of the inherent characteristics of tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge transformation becomes the most difficult aspect in measuring and controlling knowledge management. Enhancing mining and utilizing tacit knowledge both within and outside organization has become an urgent problem in enterprise to solve. This highlights theoretical and practical significance of the research of tacit knowledge transformation.This paper makes combination of the background of current network characteristics and does research on enterprise tacit knowledge transformation deeply and systematically on the basis of fully summarizing and comparing the theory and practice of tacit knowledge transformation. Firstly, it analyzes four types of enterprise tacit knowledge: tacit knowledge of individual employees, team, enterprise and extraneous. Secondly, it analyses tacit knowledge transformation patterns and influencing factors of baffling tacit knowledge transformation. Thirdly, it proposes the two-tier transformed model of enterprise tacit knowledge and gives five measures to promote tacit knowledge transformation focusing on influencing factors: improving and implementing tacit intellectual property rights; establishing knowledge-sharing-oriented enterprise culture; building organizational structure of promoting tacit knowledge transformation; perfecting human resource management mechanisms; achieving the strong support of improving training. Finally, it uses the typical case investigation on tacit knowledge management of Shandong Longertek Ltd.. It analyzes the problems of its tacit knowledge management comprehensively on the treatment of first-hand survey data, and makes suggestion on optimizing the enterprise tacit knowledge management to combine the researches in tacit knowledge theory and the practice of improving enterprise management.
