The Research On Tourism Resecourses Value Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural Villages In China

A country's or nation's historical and cultural heritage is gradually formed through long-term accumulation and development,which is the refection of traditional social material civilization and spiritual civilization, the testimony of humanity historical development and unique cultural carrier. Chinese historical and cultural heritage contains the Chinese nationality unique imagination, lifestyle, spiritual values and cultural traditions, which embodies the Chinese brilliant history and people's special vitality and creativity, is the important symbol of a country's cultural achievements in the past.The historical and cultural village is one of the most important carrier in inheriting Chinese colourful historical culture, which is the important part of the tourism resources and valuable complex of buildings, literature, historical culture, sculpture, painting, folk culture and so on,with great functions in keeping trational culture, art appreciation, education, tourism and so on. Nowadays, The Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development of the People's Republish of China(formerly the State Ministry of Construction) has selected and named five times and 169 historical and cultural villages since 2003. Chinese historical and culture villages have becomed the China's new tourism attractions and the engine of economic growth. However, historical and cultural village as a kind of tourism reseources need special care ,it's utilization is fragile, even a bit of careless may cause the destruction of the body even cause irreversible damage. Therefore, the key of of historical and cultural village tourism development is how to deal with the conflict between toursim development and protection.This paper aims to establish the value evaluation model of the historical and cultural village resources and provide basis for it's development and protection. The paper firstly analyzes the connotation and type of historical and culture villages and it's basic conditions (forming background, reasons for retained, the spatial distribution), structure, feature and so on, then analyses and summarizes it's value structure. And then,based on the study of National Quality Standardization of"Classification,investigation and evaluation of tourism resources"and"Protection Ordinance of Chinese Histical Culture Cities,Towns and Villages", combining related approaches of tourism resources value evaluation, make sure the approach,object,factors of Chinese historical and culture villages tourism resources value evaluation,and ultimately builds it's comprehensive evaluation model. The model contains cultural value, explore and utilization value and tourism value three parts, and 18 evaluation indexes. Finally put huang cheng village as a case, put up a value evluation to it's tourism resources by the established model in above. According to the evaluation conclusions put forward some useful principles to it's exploitation and protection , and preliminary development method.
