Research On Green Finance Innovation Of Commercial Banks In China

In this paper,on the basis of combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,combined with green financial development situation in our country,on the basis of the theory of financial sustainable development theory and financial innovation,such as green in the commercial bank financial innovation,expand the system of further research.First of all,the research literature and related research theories at home and abroad are systematically combed and analyzed.Although scholars at home and abroad have different starting points for green financial innovation research,they mostly focus on the impact of green financial innovation on economic structure and the benefit of financial institutions.To sustainable development theory and the theory of financial innovation are reviewed,emphasize the sustainable utilization of environmental resources,financial resources and financial risks,transaction costs of external environmental factors such as financial innovation behavior.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper discusses our country commercial bank green,born of the financial innovation dynamic mechanism,puts forward the green financial innovation is the use of innovative financial products and services to society and the environment of the internalization of external economic problem,so as to realize the economic structure transformation and sustainable development.Secondly,the paper systematically expatiates and analyzes the existing problems and causes of green financial innovation in commercial Banks at home and abroad.In comparison with the green financial innovation of foreign commercial Banks,the green financial innovation of foreign developed countries has the characteristics of leading and diversity.Commercial Banks in China green credit,green bonds and other business scale showed a trend of rising every year,however,the range of industry green financial innovation involves is narrow,which involves the environmental protection,small and medium enterprises,families and individuals of green financial products and services innovation ability is insufficient,risk sharing and compensation mechanism is not sound,lead to commercial bank green green financial innovation is lack of motivation.Commercial Banks have the green finance idea and the green finance personnel training consciousness backward problem.Thirdly,on this basis,quantitative analysis method is adopted to analyze the influence factors of green financial innovation of commercial Banks.Through the empirical test of the panel data,the results show that the green financial innovation of commercial Banks has a beneficial effect on the business performance of commercial Banks.Although the impact is limited,but in our country under the background of the policy of financial innovation,constantly promote green carry on green the advantage of financial innovation in commercial Banks,it is easier to raise the enthusiasm of green financial innovation of commercial bank.Finally,based on the analysis and quantitative analysis of the problem,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.On the one hand,the government should improve the construction of green financial infrastructure and formulate supporting policies such as risk sharing and compensation mechanism,so as to create a favorable external environment for the green financial innovation of commercial Banks.On the other hand,it discusses the establishment of green financial innovation mechanism from the aspects of organizational structure,talent reserve,green financial products and service innovation.To sum up,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the green financial innovation of commercial Banks in China.By using the experience of foreign commercial bank financial innovation green,in addition to its own build perfect green financial innovation mechanism,also needs the government's green finance policy guide and institutional guarantee,to speed up the green financial infrastructure construction in our country,various synergy,financial resources allocation function,to guide the commercial bank financial innovation actively participate in the green,green economic development goals.
