The rapid and sustained growth of value must be realized by constantly and quickly developing the new product which can satisfy consumer's demands. The combination of product development management and process management can truly enhance the quality of the product innovation and shorten the development process.To manage the enterprise with a process, there will be great significance and a positive impact on the enterprise. Specifically, it embodies in two aspects, one is to improve their overall competitiveness, and the other is that to promote the transform of corporate form. Process reengineering is the important measure to competitors for the enterprise to improve economic benefit and operating efficiency. It is also an important step in enterprise development strategy. Second, with the status of new product development process of Yinuoweixin Company, the paper conducted in-depth research and analysis, put forward the requirement of its customer into the product research and development activities, emphasized the importance of customers for R&D activities, and based on concurrent engineering theory, designed the new product development process. Using IDEFO model and ASME method, respectively, with a complete description and comparative analysis, the paper pointed out that the supporting measures of new product development process reengineering. New product development process reengineering program was expected to affect analysis, and expected results are achieved. Finally, we can conclude the wide implications of R&D process, vast potentials for R&D process reengineering and so on.
