The Research Of The Relationship Between BPR And ERP And Its Application

In the modern society, the requirements of the customers vary from time to time. The innovation of the technology is accelerating. The life of the product is continuing shortened. The competition of the marketing is very intensive. All the reasons above form the three elements affecting the existing and development of the modern enterprises: customer, change and competition. Thus, taking the BRP ideas as guides and using ERP management as the base to make the enterprise's general-reforms are being the critical points of the Enterprise's living & developing. But meanwhile, the high failure rates of ERP & BPR projects make many enterprises hesitated and stopped. In view of the above background, this paper makes the researches on relative issues of ERP & BRP according to the vast analyses from the theory & practices.Firstly, the paper put forward the background & senses of the research task, analyses the researching tendency both domestically & abroad, decides the main contents & methods of the researching subject and formed the construction of this paper.Secondly, through the instructions of the basic theory on BPR & ERP, the paper studies the relative issues in the course of implementation of ERP & BPR separately.Then, this paper makes the systematic analyses of the relationship between ERP & BPR and set-forth: ERP & BPR are being the essential factors & bases for success. On this basis, this paper also gives the introduction on the combination and import method of BPR & ERP according to the enterprise's management & characters nowadays.Finally, this paper makes the empirical study according to the organizations rebuilding & sales procedures rebuilding of Tianjin 729 Sports Equipment Development Co., Ltd, and then makes the introductions of process on function optimization & executive optimization separately. On the basis of the process executive rebuilding course, adopting the conjoint method of ESIA (Eliminate,Simplify,Integrate,Automate) way and ASME (The abbreviation of American Society of Mechanical Engineers ) table to analyze and optimize the process, and then makes the statistics amylases on the optimize results.In general, the paper hope that through the research of relationship between BPR & ERP and its application provides some help to the enterprises which are making management reforms, and making such enterprises can go ahead more straightly, which is the point and senses of writing this paper.
