Research On The Performance Evaluation Of The Cost Control Of The Construction Enterprise Project

As the core content of the construction project cost management, the effect will have a direct bearing on economic benefits of enterprises. Through effective cost control, we can reduce or eliminate the waste of the construction enterprise and save the economic and social resources. In project management, cost control of construction enterprises are influenced by the works in the bidding phase, construction preparation stage, construction stage and any other stages. At the same time, the project progress and the change and control outcome also exert bigger influence up the project cost. How we evaluate the influence upon the project cost is of great significance to the construction enterprise.This thesis analyzes the status quo of the cost control in the construction project at home or abroad on the basis of the outline of the cost control research achievement at home or abroad in terms of the construction enterprise project. Based on the cost management theory in the construction enterprise, this thesis probes into the key factors that influence the project at the phase of bidding, preparation and execution and discusses the principle, content and measure of the cost control and set up the index system concerning the factor that influences the enterprise cost management. Since the Artificial neural network attracts many advantages of the Biological neural network, it possesses high level of parallel and nonlinear overall function as well as the good ability of self-study and self-adaptation. The genetic algorithm can improve the neural network and the learning ability. The convergence speed of the network is accelerated. Therefore, we set up a model for the neural network and the Genetic algorithm in order to evaluate performance of enterprise cost management. Finally, we verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the model by using an example. We can pre-analyze the feasibility of the cost objective deviation and evaluate the rating of the cost control performance by the set models in order to perform the pre-control and layout as well as adopt various precaution measures. The modification concerning the cost is done before the action of cost happens in order to meet the planned objectives.
