Research On The Development Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives In Eastern Montane Regions Of Liaoning Province

Specialized famers cooperatives mentioned in this paper are mutual-help economic organizations joined voluntarily and managed in a democratic manner by the producers and operators of the same kind of farm products or by the providers or users of services for the same kind of agricultural production and operation. Since Reformation and Opening, especially in the past decade, the specialized famers' cooperative in eastern montane regions of Liaoning province grows vigorously, and it certainly takes an important role in driving a rapid an agricultural economy development. However, there are still some problems we cannot afford to overlook. According to a heavy program of fieldwork and interview about the situation of the specialized famers' cooperative development of 9 districts in eastern montane region, and referring to correlative literature, using a 4-mixed-macro method including theory and practice, time and space, internal and external, economic and non-economic factors, absorbing multi-discipline theoretical achievements like economics, management, this paper systematic analyzes and researches all kinds of characteristics, types, effect, problems, etc. to talk about favorable conditions for the further development. Based on lots of successful experiences both home and abroad, the main issue discussed in this paper is how to effectively crack face development bottlenecks, how to speed up the development, moreover, the paper purposeful proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the specialized famers' cooperative. By advancing and perfecting the construction of the specialized famers' cooperative, this paper aims at a rapid economic development and increasing the income of peasants steadily, which provide some useful information on effectively solving the three-dimensional rural issues.
