Afforestation Enterprise Quality Control Research Based On ISO9000

With the rapid development of economy, pure increased timber production has been unable to meet the needs of modern forestry development, Afforestation enterprise not only need to provide sufficient timber production, but also should pay more attention to the quality of the lumber characteristics.Afforestation enterprise under the influence of its own mechanisms and traditional concepts, there are many unreasonable factors in quality management process,which restricts the sustainable management of Afforestation enterprises. In order to improve the level of quality management,ensure the sustainable development of Afforestation enterprise, Afforestation enterprise is badly need of adopting a suitable quality management system.IS09000:2000,the very concept was summarized by the International Standards Organization which based on quality management experience and relevant research findings coming from various trades and occupations. Compared with 1994 Version's IS09000 Standards, IS09000:2000 Standards add an PDCA management cycle pattern ,The continuous improvement ideas running thought the entire standard, quality management system following the PDCA circulation system, and building an continually improvement process of quality management, to improve the guidance in the implementation process. The system has been widely used in the major industries, also adopted in some large forestry companies.Due to Afforestation enterprise has many similarities with these forestry companies, IS09000 forest enterprise implementation determines the feasibility of the quality management system. The aim of this paper is to analyze the status of Afforestation enterprise management enterprise quality, it would introduce the PDCA to improve Afforestation enterprise quality management system and provide the reference and the basis for the afforestation enterprise quality control. To introduce the game methodologies in the quality inspection process; statistical process control methods has been used during the quality improvement process; Quality prevention system using empirical method to discussion on quality management of afforestation enterprise.
