Brief Analysis On The Constraint Mechanism Of Corporation Social Responsibility

Corporation social responsibility is the responsibilities that corporations assume the aim of maximizing their own interest, together with the interests of all stakeholders. From an American scholars named Morris Clark first proposed the concept of corporation social responsibility in 1916 to today, the concept of corporation social responsibility has transformed from a"subversive"doctrine to a common sense, accepted by the public,the governments and the NGOs gradually. It can be treated as a great victory for the movement of corporation social responsibility, also witnessed human beings more rational cognitive on the operation and development of the company.The research on the theory of corporation social responsibility starts lately in our country. China made great progress in theory-mature and concept-universal, but compared with western developed countries, there is still more space for improvement both in theory and practice. In china, the environment of implementation of corporation social responsibility still needs to improve. In order to make the companies fulfill their social responsibility from theory to practice and make the companies pay their attention to their own interests together with the interests of stakeholders, it need to perfect the state laws and regulations, internal management system of company and other factors. This paper mainly focuses on how the companies fulfill their social responsibility from the perspective of building constraint mechanism for space limited. The constraint mechanism of corporation social responsibility includes implement mechanism, protection mechanism and so on. Relying on any of the mechanisms is obviously not enough if we want the constraint mechanism can play a role. We need to build the implementation mechanism in advance, which is a key role for fulfilling the corporation social responsibility. Based on the building of implementation mechanism, we still need to establish a system of protection mechanism of corporation social responsibility. If we want the company pursues their own interests together with the interests of stakeholders, we must perfect all the mechanisms under the constraint mechanism.The body of this paper consists of three parts. In view of the research of scholars on the theory of corporation social responsibility has matured. On the basis of previous research, this paper tries to analyze the constraint mechanism of fulfillment of corporation social responsibility.In the first part of this paper, the writer mainly searches the results and defects of the implement mechanism of our corporation social responsibility by analyzing the status of the implementation. The writer in here is trying to find the root causes of poor performance of corporation social responsibility, and attempt to establish a protection mechanism to promote the company fulfill its social responsibility.In the second part of this paper, the writer focuses on the implementation mechanism of the corporation social responsibility and its improvement, and tries to make the company fulfill their social responsibility more feasible by establishing the autonomy mechanism and heteronomy mechanism of corporation social responsibility.In the third part of this paper, the writer focuses on how to establish a protection mechanism. As we know, the protection mechanism including many aspects, such as information disclosure mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision of social organization. We have to establish protection mechanisms of internal and external in company if we want the company has a good performance in fulfilling the social responsibility. Through study the constraint mechanism of corporation social responsibility, the writer tries to explore more workable proposals for companies to implement their social responsibility, and benefit the companies to implement social responsibility effectively.
