Research On Risk Evaluation Of Warehouse Receipt Pledging Business Based On Logistics Enterprise

With our country economic developing, logistics industry, as the basic industry of the national economic, grows rapidly at the same time. Modern logistics enterprises not only work on traditional logistics activities, for example the warehousing, transportation, packaging and so on, but also turn their eyes to other new business models. In these new models, the warehouse receipt pledge business is the most special one. It connects the logistics business with financial business effectively and integrates the logistics and cash flow. What’s more important is that it benefits all of the three participants, the small and medium loan enterprises, the commercial banks and the logistics enterprises. However, logistics enterprises have to bear some risks in the warehouse receipt pledging business because the business is still in an early stage of development in our country and its practical implementation and operation are still not standardized, containing many drawbacks and loopholes. Therefore studying the risks of warehouse receipt pledging business based on logistics enterprises is of important practical significance.In order to analyze the risks of logistics enterprises’warehouse receipt pledging business, this paper mainly studies the following several aspects:In the beginning, this paper conducted a literature review on the warehouse receipt pledging business containing both domestic and foreign articles, then concluded these articles’main contents and the deficiencies. Basing on these studies, it introduced the main studying in this paper, including the building of the risks evaluation index system and risks evaluation process of logistics enterprise warehouse receipt pledging business.Secondly, this paper described the basic process of warehouse receipt pledging business and introduced the definition of the logistics enterprise warehouse receipt pledging business risks. It analyzed the main risks sources and influencing mechanism from the point of the loan enterprises, the logistics enterprises and the pledges. Then it built the evaluation index system of logistics enterprise warehouse receipt pledging business. At last, this paper put forward the risks evaluation process basing on the methods of Set Pair Analysis and Time Satisfaction Function, using to rank the risks helping logistics enterprises to do decisions analyses and forecasting the change trend of risk indexes for finding the high and the risks factors to help logistics enterprises to put their attention to the critical factors. It can help logistics enterprises to prevent and control the key risks so that they can decrease the risks as much as possible and safeguard their interests. Also this paper verified the practicability and feasibility of this risks evaluation process by using an example in the end.
