With the rapid development of the national economy,tourism has gradually become one of the main choices for people's leisure and entertainment.Due to the continuous improvement of people's income level,the national vacation system and the rapid development of the morden transportation,people's awareness of participating in tourism activities is constantly enhanced and their travel options are also increasingly diversified.In the peak tourist season,the influx of a large number of tourists brings tremendous pressure on the city traffic.In order to rationalize the traffic sharing rate of various modes of transportation,relieve the pressure of traffic on the ground,improve the service level of urban rail transit and improve the travel quality and efficiency of tourists,it can be considered to design a special tourist ticket product for urban rail transit according to the characteristics of tourists'travel demand,which is an incentive coupon for passengers on a tour.Therefore,based on the analysis of the factors which influence tourists,choice of travel modes,this paper establishes the pricing model of the rail transit tourist tickets,which provides a scientific basis for the implementation of the tourist ticket policy.First of all,the implementation of domestic and international tourist ticket policy has been introduced,such as Tokyo,Sydney,Paris,etc.The characteristics of tourist traffic has also been analyzed.Based on the survey of the tourists' travel selection behavior,factors affecting the choice of transportation mode and rail transit tourist ticket purchase intention has been discussed.Secondly,on the basis of the investigation of tourists 'travel choice behavior,a bi-level programming model of rail tourist ticket pricing is set up.The upper planning aims at maximizing the revenue of rail transit enterprises.The lower planning considers the economy,rapidity,comfort and other costs of tourists,trips,consider the minimum general travel expenses for tourists as the target,to achieve a pricing program which can balance the interests of both rail transit operators and tourists.Thirdly,the commonly used algorithm of solving bi-level programming model is described.According to the characteristics of this model,a hybrid particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The parameters are set according to the current situation of Beijing rail transit and tourism,then the result of model is evaluated,which shows that the model and the algorithm are effective.Finally,the paper proposes a series of suggestions for the implementation of the urban rail transit tourist ticket policy and points out the future research direction.
