| With the quick development of our country's economy, the urbanization process is further speeding up, the inconsistency between city traffic supply and demand has become severity increasingly, and the city traffic issue has become obstacle for the development of social economy. Domestic and abroad study indicated that UMT is one of the efficient ways to solve traffic congestion and to satisfy the UMT demand. It is also the important stratagem to realize the sustainable development of urban transportation. Within the coming 10 years, there will be an annual increase of 40 km for the rail transit in Beijing and the length of the rail transit will reach 300 km by 2008 with the total investment exceeding RMB 60 billion yuan. The formulation of ticket price and pattern whether reasonable or not has already become the key for UMT survival and the development. Research on the UMT and provide suggestions of ticket price and pattern appear much more significant under such a background.The paper summarizes domestic and abroad situation of constituting UMT pricing, and a primary discussion about pricing principles, strategies, theories and models of UMT. According to the development trend of UMT and current problems of ticket price and pattern in Beijing, researching actively UMT innovation projects.The paper analyses both pricing theory and model of UMT, then describes the pricing formulation, principles, strategies and models, deeply research the basic theory of UMT pricing. Through the analysis of current UMT price pattern and pricing situation of domestic and abroad, combining with current development situation and the existing problems of ticket price and pattern in Beijing, putting forward reasonable suggestions of ticket price and pattern, and make sure take the scale ticket price as price pattern. Through the theory analysis of scale price pattern, and guide Beijing transportation to step onto the healthy and sustainable development. |
