This paper based on the actual situation of S company original version, with modern marketing and network marketing theory as the guide, analysis & diagnosis its business model and marketing strategies ,puts forward a comprehensive suite of marketing mix solutions, in order to promote their business to a high level.Regarding the content, it first starts with the background and significance of diagnosis, the theory of network marketing, then describes the diagnosis object, main content and the research methods, ideas & frameworks. In the following chapter describes the details of S company's the basic profiles, business processes, internet marketing, marketing strategies. Then analyse the macro background of the home décor industry to get its development prospects. During the diagnosis part, objectively presents 6 main problems and dig outs 6 key root causes base on sufficient researchs and analysis on the problems. Combined with related network marketing theory and expert advice, I proposed six reasonable & practicable implementation & rectification measures, which can improve its network marketing and produce benefits to S company immediately.For the research methodology, this paper mainly adopts employs interviews, expert interviews, environmental analysis, and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods etc. Through careful pre-interviews & research, by using scientific analysis methods, combining with network marketing theory and expert advice, find out the problem, analyse the reason and then propose the solutions.
