In the competition of supply chain, information sharing can greatly ascend the level of integration among enterprises in supply chain, so information sharing among the enterprises in supply chain has become an important feature and core competitiveness of the supply chain. In academic circles the researches of information sharing for supply chain and information sharing value evaluation also have gradually developed, and research method has changed from the qualitative analysis to quantitative evaluating of information sharing value in supply chain through mathematical models. And supply chain information sharing degree is not only affect the economic benefits of the supply chain, also have a profound influence on the environmental benefits. Finding the best supply chain information sharing degree can make the supply chain to get the maximize effectiveness of comprehensive economic and environment.This paper analyzed the relation between information sharing and environmental benefit from the qualitative and quantitative aspects respectively. In the qualitative aspect, this paper analyzes the possible influence that information sharing will take on the supply chain environmental benefits. In the quantitative aspect, this paper first quantifies degree of information sharing and establishes the information sharing degree matrix; followed by modeling the integrated evaluation of economy and environment using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Lastly I established a complex adaptive system model and perform simulation in Any Logic to solve the evaluation of economy and environment model.This paper mainly has the following two innovation points:(1) Apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method basing information sharing comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain, and then use the simulation model of genetic algorithm to solve the problem.(2) Brings the environmental impact resulted from information sharing in a supply chain into the research and application of this area, aiming to direct the supply chain to achieve overall optimization of economy and environment.This paper would help the enterprises to understand potential values of information sharing in regional ecological supply chain operations through modeling and researching.In this paper, including Figure 24, Table 6, and 51 references.
