In 2008,Above 65 years old in China has been arrived 8.3% , Usually, if population over the age of 60 to 10% or over 65 years to 7% of the total population in international, we regard that a national or regional has been into an aging society.According to this standard, our country has entered an aging society .On the one hand, a rapidly aging population have been increasing pressure on the social pension;on the other hand, the birth rate and declining in mortality rate in the next few years make both middle-aged people have to take care of the elderly and take care of minor children and also To bear the pressure from the workplace.
