The existence of population aging in our country reality, make the LTCI’S needs grow a lot. As the influence of the family planning policy, the control effect of new born babies is obvious, but it brought challenges to the increase of aging population,Family size miniaturization become major structure of the family now, young people face to both in work and the children、the elderly and the work situation.We know by the body’s loss theory, along with the growth of the age, the body of the function is gradually decline, the elderly population is the high incidence of disease is the most urgent care needs. Based on the LTCI, from Japan and the United States, on the basis of successful experience, puts forward the design of the LTCI system in China and countermeasures, as follows:The first part is some basic concepts and theories. Define several important concepts, while the body loss theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and Population pyramid model are discussed.The second part is the present situation and restricting factors of the LTCI in China. This chapter respectively introduces the current situation of the development of china’s commercial and social LTCI, at the same time teasing out factors restricting its development.The third part is the development of LTCI and foreign experience.Through the introduction to the United States and Japan development model, it is concluded that the path of the construction of LTCI in our country should be.The fourth part is the China’s LTCI system design and the related countermeasures and suggestions. System mainly includes the main body and form a complete set of two parts. Part countermeasures and suggestions according to the main body, pertinence.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect. On a summary to the full text, at the same time, the development of long-term care insurance in our country in the future was discussed.
