Research On Knowledge Management Risks Of Manufacturing Enterprise Based On Fuzzy Neural Network

With the development of manufacturing business technology, knowledge has become the most critical investing elements and core assets, and it plays a key role in the creation of enterprise value. However, the knowledge which can be developed as a resource contains the various uncertainties in its production, sharing and application. The globalization of market, financial and economic leads to the growth of a variety of uncertain factors, also incomplete information and asymmetric distribution further increase the risk of knowledge management. For manufacturing enterprises, scientific analysis and effective response to the risk of knowledge management have become an important task looming. This study is carried out in such a large background, and this thesis contains the following elements:Firstly, state the relevant theory of knowledge management and the relationship between manufacturing enterprises and knowledge management; analyze the manufacturing enterprise knowledge management in logical structure model, related technologies and implementation process.Secondly, based on the relevant domestic and foreign literature, summarize and analyze the risk factors of manufacturing enterprise knowledge management; through questionnaires and statistical analysis, establish a more scientific and practical risk evaluation index system.Finally, conduct an empirical analysis of knowledge management risk of some sample enterprises by using the above index system and fuzzy neural network method; propose some prevention strategies about how to avoid the risk of knowledge management.
