In the intense competition, the development of an enterprise must depend on the research and produce of new technologies and new products, which can hardly be completed by the single enterprise indepently. On the other hand, the universities and research institutes which maintain the foundations and abilities of R&D, can hardly put their research achievements into implementation because of the lake of capital. Therefore, it becomes a definitely trend that stable relationship among the enterprise, university and research institute should be established to practice the innovation and diffusion of knowledge.In this paper, the industry-university-research knowledge network was mainly discussed.On the base of knowledge and knowledge network, the definition, structure, elements, operation mechanism of industry-university-research knowledge network were deeply analyzed by concerning the principles of industry-university-research system. A series of evaluation variables and method were chosen to analyze the development of ChuangShiJi industry-university-research knowledge network.1. Knowledge and knowledge networkKnowledge is development on the base of human's metal work, which is a important method for meeting the needs of the improving society and solving the problems appeared during the research, producing and social life. Knowledge can be divided into explicit and implicit knowledge.Knowledge can be defined as certain collation mechanism between the knowledge units through their knowledge activities such as the knowledge studying, sharing and innovation. The knowledge networks can be divided into those among individuals, individuals and organizations, and organizations.2. Industry-university-research knowledge networkIndustry-university-research cooperation refers to the research activities among the enterprise, universities and research institutes on the base of cooperation which is essentially a kind of cooperation innovation.The industry-university-research system refers to the network system which is development on the base of industry-university-research cooperation. It is constitute with enterprises, universities and research institutes which are devoting them into technology innovation and diffusion. On a certain degree the combination among the enterprises, universities and research can be regard as that of knowledge in certain industry.The industry-university-research knowledge network is a kind of network relationship which is developed on the base of industry-university-research cooperation, where maintains certain connect mechanisms among the knowledge subjects of enterprise, university, research institute, intermediary and government.An industry-university-research knowledge network can be divided by three parts of network resource, activities subject and network environment. Its operation mechanisms of sharing and marketing can be declared as unity of opposites, which can inter-transfer under certain conditions.The series of industry-university-research knowledge network evaluating variables can be divided into 4 parts of resource abilities, knowledge innovation abilities, knowledge diffusion abilities and network environment abilities.A hierarchical fuzzy evaluation method was chosen to analyze the development of industry-university-research knowledge network in ChuangShiJi. It can be concluded that the development of ChuangShiJi industry-university-research knowledge network should be improved. And on the other hand, its development was limited by the environment.3. Development of industry-university-research knowledge networkThe development objective of industry-university-research knowledge network is to conquer the knowledge insufficiency of single organization by delivering the knowledge among the organizations.The knowledge management technology inside the industry-university-research knowledge network does not refer to a single technology but a series of technologies, which can be divided from the version of characteristics matrix, hierarchy, mature matrix and progress classification. As the exploitation modes the industry-university-research knowledge network can be developed through the autonomous, outsourcing domestically and outsourcing abroad. 4. Strategies for developing the industry-university-research knowledge networkThe strategies for developing the industry-university-research knowledge network can be declared as: making strategies adapting to the external environment; making investment methods adapting to the market economy; making foundations adapting to the knowledge activities; making the cooperation between the networks.The innovations of this paper can be declared as follow:1). Defined the industry-university-research knowledge network on the base of certain principles of industry-university-research system and knowledge network.2). Discussed the sharing and marketing mechanisms of industry-university-research knowledge network, and analyzed the relationships between them.3). Established the series of evaluating variables for industry-university-research knowledge network, and choose the hierarchical fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the development of ChuangShiJi industry-university-research knowledge network, than established certain strategies.
