Knowledge Management & Performance Evaluation Of Manufacturing

In the 80's period of last century, the manufacturing industry information started to enter our country, the result of manufacturing enterprise information is that introduced massive ERP as well as OA software and so on, and produced data file that expressed the product knowledge, they were the precious intelligence property of the enterprise.In the past several years, many enterprises have realized that they must perform the intelligence property and manage the transformation knowledge, so that they introduced the PDM,KM management system and so on. The knowledge becomes the most essential factor and core property of the enterprise, the knowledge is playing the key role in the enterprise.The knowledge grows the contribution to the economy, the competition of the world intensely day by day, enterprise realized that the knowledge was one of competitive advantage which determine factors, the knowledge, the study and communication of knowledge are representing the competitive advantage which is very important, they also realize that the effective management and the evaluation of enterprise's knowledge resource are urgent work.This studying mainly deponds on such a big background, and the main body contains following several parts:Firstly I analyze the development and the operation pattern of manufacturing under the knowledge economy big background in our country, as well as the connotation, the principle, the goal and the content of the enterprise knowledge management, bring forward the logistic model knowledge management and the knowledge management connotation of manufacturing: The manufacturing knowledge management is process,which the enterprise full use correlation knowledge management technology and other information technology, collecting and using enterprise's or staff's experience, information and knowledge in manufacture process,to enhance the production efficiency of the manufacturing enterprise, and promotes the manufacture enterprise benefit.after that,in allusion to the process of the manufacturing knowledge management,I introduce several kinds of knowledge management technology: knowledge map,data mining and knowledge discovery.And next I analyze and construct the knowledge management evaluation theory system by using the enterprise achievements management evaluation theory and method. The reference academic circles relation research, I attempt to establishe a set of reasonable, effective and scientific knowledge management performance evaluation index system, this index system contains five first-class index and twenty six second-class index,and account the ratio of the index system.Finally, the utilization fuzzy synthesis evaluation method carries on the knowledge management evaluation, and through the rationality and the validity data which investigates and studies, confirms the target system with E-views software, this may be operational for the achievements evaluate work.
