Shareholder value is a hotspot in recent 20 years, researchers have proposed some theories, such as the leading theory of shareholder value, the priority of shareholder value, stakeholder theory of value stc. On the other hand, more and more countries and enterprises realize the importance of shareholder value, and believe that the goals and results stakeholders expected can come true wonderfully by concerning the requirements of shareholders closely, this is also confirmed by many countries's economic data. The two aspects above predicted the coming of shareholder value era, so inspect the performance of enterprises standing at the view of shareholders is particularly important.In terms of enterprise life cycle, after several decades of development, has also formed more mature theoretical system. In the four branches Life-cycle theory has formed, the influence of cycle stage theory is the most great. The research later is mainly focused on how to divide business cycle phases and the features of each life stage. Because the enterprise in different life stage have different features, in order to evaluate the performance of enterprises more reasonably, we must make a difference of these enterprises. Considering the mature enterprises commitment more social responsibility, this article choose mature enterprises as the object of study to build the performance evaluation system.On the base of many experts and researchers at home and abroad study on shareholder value, enterprise life cycle and enterprise performance evaluation theory, this article adopts Comparative Analysis, Quantitative and qualitative analysis, Normative and empirical analysis of a combination of research methods, combined with shareholder value drivers and mature business's own features, considerate comprehensively about the financial and non-financial indicators, quantitative and qualitative indicators, Past performance and future development capacity indicators, economic and social indicators and so on which influence its Performance, use economics, management science, systems analysis, statistics and other scientific theories, build the index system of performance evaluation of enterprise maturity from equity investment subject perspective from financial and non-financial two aspects; use AHP-FCE evaluation method to evaluate, take the case of Haier , and analysis the results, provide the basis for China's enterprises build mature enterprise performance evaluation system and conduct performance evaluation from Shareholders point of view.
