Research On The Evaluation And Application Of Enterprise QHSE Management Performance Maturity

With the development of society and economy, enterprises are congfronted with various QHSE risks in seeking for economic benefits. In order to reduce competitive pressure and trade bulwark, more and more enterprises found individual or integrated managenment system on quality, environment, occupational healty and safety, society responsibility, which could standardize and improve QHSE performance level of management. However, there is not a ready-made method to evaluate implementary performance of QHSE management. So QHSE Management Performance Maturity Model (QHSE-MPMM) is founded and analyzed in this dissertation, which could provide enterprises with corresponding measure and strategy.Beginning with the focus of relevant research theories, the dissertation analyzes the research system and outcomes of theoretics, according to development of enterprises actuality, in order to search a new way of QHSE management performance estimation. The 1st chapter is the outline, which discusses disquisitive background, intention and significance, reviews research outcomes and deficiency of correlative theories, explains research content, methodology and technical idea, summarizes emphases, difficulties and innovations. The 2nd chapter is the academic foundation, which studies and analyzes correlative theories such as quality, environment, occupational health and safety, HSE, QHSE, performance management, and Maturity Model. The 3rd chapter founds a enterprise QHSE performance management system based on PDCA, which analyzes pivotal performance factors from four aspects of plan, do, check and action, establishing research frame and foundation for coming risk evaluation, inspection implementing and sustaining improvement. The 4th chapter founds a three-dimensional structural model of QHSE-MPMM, which uses Analytical Network Process to dispose model index system, uses grey theory to evaluate integrated QHSE-MPMM, and also explains that it is uninterrupted circulatory dynamic evaluation for enterprises to achieve improvement of QHSE performance management. The 5th chapter uses Structural Equation Model to analyze QHSE-MPMM to search consequence and pertinency between key performace factors and evaluating results. And it also analyzes foundation and evaluation processes of SEM. The 6th chapter is demonstration research, which selects petroleum enterprise (A) to validate the feasibility and validity of above models, and bring forward strategies corresponding with the evaluation results.
