As the diversification of the way which countryside residents gain revenue in China emerges, the structure of income has changed, the income constitution which the family operating revenue has absolute proportion in the past has changed, the income of the farmers wage, transfer, property etc occupies more important role in constitution of peasant income. The strength of market-oriented has always played an important role in the structural change of the peasant income, however the government introduced a number of preferential agricultural policies, which provided a new impetus for the change in the recent years. It is expected that, with the strengthening of market forces, the implementation of institutionalization, normalization of government preferential agricultural policy, implementation of the strategy of promoting agriculture through industry and driving rural through developing urban, the changes of income structure in the region will be extremely significant in the future. Whether the regional differences cause these changes or whether the intensity of changes arise regional differences? The paper try to answer this question, take the counties of Hunan Province as an example, through the analysis of time and space evolution characteristics of peasant various revenue and the causes, understand the evolution situation of the structure of peasant revenue under regional differencesBased on the county-level area data of Hunan from 1993 to 2007, adopting index of variation coefficient, entropy, transfer coefficient and so on and the means of ESDA and panel data model. It shows that⑴The gap and its evolution of peasant various revenue is different in the country, the absolute disparities in different incomes are obvious and the trends of time-evolution are different;⑵the different incomes of county regional have disparities, which constitute transformation in the peasant net income, the peasant income constitution has been significantly changed in most counties, the proportion of family business revenue is falling, the proportion of the other three revenue, especially the wages increase gradually. The change of the peasant income constitution in part of the county is less obvious, the decline of the proportion of home business income is limited. While in a few counties which the condition of agricultural production is poor, their wages has become a major source of income for peasant;⑶The evolution of various income distribution is different, the spatial correlation of wages is the strongest, and the trend recent enhanced. The spatial autocorrelation of home business income is strong, but in recent years the trend has weakened. While the spatial correlation of the transfer revenue and property income has less fluctuation than the former, but in recent years, the spatial correlation of the property income in slowly weakened, however the transfer income enhanced;⑷The space evolution of various revenue has obvious differences such as wages towards equilibrium gradually in the region, the family business income towards gradually the counties which have good condition of agricultural production;⑸The forming causes of various revenue have significant differences in the region such as geographical factors, the mountain areas has negative effects on the operating income of rural households, and the hilly regions have positive effects on wages.
