Study On The Influence Of The Change Of Industrial Structure To The Income Distribution In Shaanxi Province Since The Reform And Opening Up

With the development of Shaanxi's economy entering the new stage of structural adjustment,the whole society pays more attention to the sharing and distribution of development achievements,and the income gap of Shaanxi residents is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of industrial structure change on income distribution in Shaanxi province.This paper sorts out the historical evolution of the two parties since the reform and opening up,and examines the impact of the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure on the income gap.This paper analyses the influence of the change of industrial structure on the income distribution in Shaanxi province since the reform and opening up.First of all,this paper systematically reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars about the impact of industrial structure,income distribution and industrial structure change on income distribution,and based on this,summarizes the theoretical mechanism of the impact of industrial structure change on income distribution and income gap theoretically.Secondly,the historical evolution of Shaanxi province since 1978,industrial structure and income distribution are summarized and analyzed in stages,and the deviation of industrial structure and non-agricultural industries accounted for,index of urban and rural income ratio and Theil coefficient of statistics to describe it,summarizes the existing problems.Again,considering the most prominent problems in the distribution of income is the income gap between urban and rural areas,this paper selects statistical data of Shaanxi province from 2016 to 1978,using the Eviews7.2 measurement software examines the industrial structure of Shaanxi province changes impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas,in order to make the conclusion more comprehensively and accurately,this paper is divided into the province level and the cities in the perspective of research(District)level.When studying the whole province level,we set up indicators of industrial structure rationalization and upgrading to measure the change of industrial structure in Shaanxi province.We choose the ratio of urban and rural income to measure the income gap between urban and rural areas.The test results show that the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure change have a significant impact on the income gap,and the two have a long-term stable cointegration relationship.The upgrading of industrial structure is the Granger reason for the income gap between urban and rural areas.The panel data regression model is used to test the impact of industrial structure adjustment on the income gap between urban and rural areas.Finally,according to the conclusion of the research,the relevant policy suggestions are put forward to provide inspiration for Shaanxi province to adjust the industrial structure under the premise of controlling the income gap.In the formulation of the industrial structure development policy,Shaanxi province should adapt to local conditions and prescribe the remedy to the case.While optimizing the industrial structure,we should try to restrain the further expansion of the income gap,improve the people's sense of happiness and promote the stability and development of the economy and society.
