| Railway transportation system is the important component of China's transportation system. The rapid development of China's economy prompted Chinese modern cargo transport market demand showing unprecedented growth, the growth has brought new opportunities to development for railway freight transportation. At the same time, China formally joined WTO makes China railway freight transportation enterprises and the international cargo transport enterprise standding at the same level, this is an unprecedented challenges too. On the other hand, along with the development of modern logistics and supply chain management theory, logistics industry is booming rise in China. Face to opportunities and challenges, expanding business and developing modern logistics is the best stretegy to meet market competition to survival and development. As a tradition of railway freight transportation enterprise, to development modern logistics is very important for China's logistics system. How to deal with the fierce competition in the market and find a suitable way to reform, these are urgent problems for railway freight transportation. Actually, the cooperation between railway freight transportation and the third logistics enterprise is already existing railway freight transportation development mode, This need to absorbe advanced technology and get rid of development bottleneck. This thesis basis of analysing the status of cooperation between railway freight transportation and the third logistics enterprises, analysis cooperative feasibility and construct hierarchical model between railway freight transportation and the third logistics enterprises and discuss each level. It will provide theoretical guidance for cooperation between China railway freight transportation enterprises and the third party logistics enterprise, and has a very important theoretical and realistic significance for China railway development. |
