With the acceleration of urbanization in China,small and medium-sized cities are constantly evolving,urban areas are expanding,more and more squatter settlements were incorporated into the urban area,these shantytowns complex structure,environmental facilities imperfect,dirty,Chaos,and poor phenomenon is particularly serious.In order to make shantytowns show their vitality in urban development,enhance the image of the city,and promote the process of urbanization,shantytowns must be transformed.Shanty town transformation is fairly complex system engineering,not simply demolition and reconstruction of the building,involving project planning,demolition work,reconstruction,resettlement and other stages.In addition,shantytown projects have more uncertainties and require more time,and involve more stakeholders.With the increasing degree of market-oriented projects,risk management is under a pressing need,the decision-making stage of the entire project risk also greatly increased.Shantytowns projects have greater project risks than general projects,and each participant is faced with the inevitability of varying degrees of risks.Without risk management and risk prevention at the decision-making stage,the impact of the smooth progress of the project.This paper studies the risk management in the decision-making stage of the shanty towns reconstruction project in the central city of Ganzhou.Risk assessment and risk evaluation system of shanty towns' reconstruction project in Ganzhou City by means of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,risk pre-warning and supervision were performed.Finally,risk management measures for shedding project decision-making are perfected and supplemented.
