Research On Knowledge Management And Knowledge Modularization In Manufacturing Enterprise

In this age of knowledge-based economy, knowledge plays an important role in enterprise management, which contributes to initiatives and competitive strength of enterprises. Knowledge management is a complex system science which involves multiple disciplines, and one of its most significant subjects is exploring the rules of knowledge management from the perspectives of Systematology. Recently, as a useful tool in the system science field, complex network has received increasing attention and provided new methods for knowledge management.Firstly, based on the surveys on enterprise and previous researches and employing the methodologies of complex network, current study proposed several different enterprise knowledge network models which were concerned about the manufacturing enterprise management. Furthermore, the topological structure and its evolutional model of enterprise knowledge network, and the modularization of the enterprise knowledge were studied. Lastly, the features of the enterprise knowledge distribution and the constitution of the staff were analyzed to offer some references for enterprise management.The research is carried out by the method in which combine practical data and emulational data together. BNF normal formulas and ontology are combined to study knowledge representation; The enterprise knowledge resources distribution was explored from both aspects of basic knowledge and professional knowledge; In the study of topological structure of knowledge network, the structure parameter of knowledge network was computed through combing practical data and emulational data. A knowledge network evolved model was raised by analyzing the relationships between the enterprise personnel structure and enterprise knowledge robust. In addition, knowledge modularization method was discussed on the study of the pertinence of the knowledge element. A Knowledge Network Analysis Tool was proposed in the end.
