Research The Evolution Of Regional Knowledge Carrying Capacity In Complex Network Structure Perspective

With the knowledge economy age coming, knowledge as a key resource is very important to the development of the region economic and innovation. And with the increasing complex of regional knowledge environment and technological innovation activities, technological innovations become more difficult and have more risks, as a result they need to cooperate with each other and have more knowledge exchange. Most existing literature about knowledge resources researches from a single subject, such as enterprise perspective, ignores the connection between the subjects in the region, and also highly emphasizes the importance of innovation, without grasping the essence of innovation-knowledge and connections. In practice, in order to promote regional economic development, most regions start to form cluster networks and incubation networks, but failing to capture the essence resources of networks-knowledge resources, so cluster networks and incubation networks face risks and challenges.Therefore, in order to promote regional economic development, the paper takes knowledge resources as the core research, through complex networks perspective analysis the impact of regional knowledge carrying network structure to the evolution of regional knowledge carrying capacity. Firstly, based on the review of the literature study about complex networks, regional knowledge, regional carrying capacity and other related theories, we define the meaning of regional knowledge carrying capacity. Secondly, this paper analyzes the complex network applicability of regional knowledge carrying capacity, specifies the relationship between each subject which constitutes the main structure of regional knowledge carrying network, resolves the impact of regional knowledge carrying network structure to the evolution of regional knowledge carrying capacity and then proposes the corresponding assumptions. On this basis, the paper relies on four complex networks which are random networks, small-world networks, scale-free networks and rules networks, studies the impact of the clustering coefficient, average path length and degree distribution to the evolution of regional knowledge carrying capacity. Finally, take Zhongguancun as an example to analyze the network structure variable characteristics of Zhongguancun regional knowledge carrying network, and according to the existing problems, make recommendations accordingly.The main conclusions are as follows:In complex network structure perspective the key elements for regional knowledge carrying capacity evolution are clustering coefficient, average path length and distribution; Higher clustering coefficient, shorter average path length and the distribution of which fewer nodes have lots connections can make regional knowledge carrying capacity have a better evolution and development; Through study the evolution of regional knowledge carrying capacity in complex network structure perspective, the paper aims to provide a method for the various actors in the region to enhance their knowledge, and to provide a theoretical basis for regional clusters and incubators network to against risks and challenges.
