In recent years,as an important mode of operation to promote infrastructure construction,PPP project has been vigorously promoted and carried out in China.Compared with general projects,PPP projects have many characteristics, such as long-term,and so on.Also because of the uncertainty in advance and the limited rationality of people, the contract has the risk of incompleteness. Therefore,it is inadequate to restrict the social capital only by contract in order to improve project performance.Psychological contract is called unwritten informal contract, which can be used to make up for the shortcomings of contract. The essence of PPP model lies in risk sharing and benefit sharing. The relationship between government and social capitalists belongs to partnership and requires good cooperation between both sides. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of cooperative relationship on performance through psychological contract theory. In view of the lack of research on psychological contract in the field of PPP projects, this paper takes psychological contract as the theoretical basis to study the impact of cooperative relationship on performance, and it has realistic and theoretical value.Firstly, construct the structure model of psychological contract, trust, fairness, organizational relationship commitment and performance.Secondly, collect data through questionnaire survey method.Thirdly, analyse data by structural equation model using AMOS24.0 software. Finally, the conclusions are as follows:(1)Psychological contract has a significant positive impact on performance through the intermediate variables of trust, fairness and organizational relationship commitment, and the order of influence is: organizational relationship commitment > trust > fairness.(2)Different age, educational background and gender groups have different perception levels of psychological contract.
