Decision-Making Research Of Fine Chemicals' Extension

In our country, fine chemical has become an essential aspect and inexorable trend in petroleum chemical industry. Domestic chemical companies have taken extension measures of fine chemicals to occupy commanding height of develop strategy in chemical industry and strengthen the ability of withstand risks in chemical companies. However, as fine chemical own characteristics in itself, we may face complicated decision problems when making production extensions in chemical companies. Therefore, detail analysis was made to two aspects in this paper when making product extension decisions: multi-product option and project site selection evaluation.As for multi-product option when making product extension decisions, research was made in the following three aspects:1) As fine chemical own its particularity, it is very complicated when making production extension decisions, which need optimization process and methods;2) A sifting and evaluation model was constructed to solve all these problems. First, sifting from three sections: market, industry policy and enterprise reality; then index evaluation system was established in three aspects: economic, technology and social; finally, evaluation was made by projection method for the remaining production schemes, so that these schemes can be more reasonable;3) The sifting and evaluation model was illustrated by a case study of downstream product extension of liquid chlorine in a chloro-alkali chemical company.For project site selection evaluation in chemical companies, research was also made in three aspects:1) Only evaluate environmental effect of project site selection from perspectives of enterprises or government cannot meet the need of social development;2) Residents'tolerance was proposed and detail analysis was made to its influence factors, then a evaluation system was constructed to compare external resistance of launched project between different alternative scheme areas, so that it can be more comprehensive and scientific;3) According to the case study of XiangLu PX project in Xiamen and Zhangzhou, choosing residents'tolerance as evaluation index can be reasonable and effective.
