Research On The Integrating Swine Industry Based On Chinese Pork Consumption In The Period Of Industrialization

China is the largest pork production country, but it is not a stronger country. Since 1972,the pork output of our country has always been the first in the world. But the level of professional technique of cultivation of swine has been the world's average level, far behind of the advanced countries'level. At the same time, our country is a larger consumption country, but it is not a stronger consumption country. Pork is a leading meat Chinese citizens eat daily. In 2007, average consumption of pork 32.34kgs, that was 59% of consumption in Taiwan.With China entering into industrialization because of the growth of GDP , the level of the people's life will be improved, that the quantities of pork consumption will rise.From the view of industrialization,this paper,focusing on the swine industry,does research on the present condition of the production and consumption of the pork, propounds a view of the extreme value of pork consumption with the method of the analogy, and sets up a model to predicts the future quantities of consumption of the pork and the future targets of production of the swine, that will be 6661 ten thousand tons pork per year,that is 930 million pigs when average GDP reaches 4750 USD in AD2015.The paper thinks out the swine industry must be integrated efficiently, and finally try to propound measures and suggestions to integrate the swine industry,so as to realize the development goal of our swine industry.It's necessary for our swine industry to integrate swine industry organization in order to develop our modernization cultivation of swine which is core basis of development of swine industry. It can help with raising the concentration of ratio, and with the steadiness of the swine price.The profit does not match for risk, the swine industrial value chain in our country is very fragile, therefore, it's necessary to integrate the modern swine industrial value chain.But in integrating the swine industry chain, the integration model must be chosen properly, and the competitive enterprise or chain must be chosen to lead integrating. In the course of the integrating the swine industry, the authorities concerned should be responsible for good policy environment and market environment to develop swine industry.
