The innovation and evolution of the view of the managerial institutions under the guidance of the assumption about Western human nature of view change and evolution provide us with abundant humanized system to build practice resources, by the way of culture anthropology for analysis and review, which can obtain the logical interpretation system between the assumption about human nature and the view of managerial institutions, thereby providing a practical basis and theoretical reference for the main point of the subjectivity of man in humanity system design. We try to use the framework of anthropology related to human natural defects and social system make-up to interpret the logical relationship and direction between the typical assumption about human nature and the corresponding management institutions in the history of management thoughts, so as to obtain the basic knowledge of the assumption about human nature. Then, we divide it into four aspects: cognitive attributes, value attributes, capability attributes and objective attributes. We study on these four aspects, to achieve the goals of what is the development of history and logic unity.Firstly, the general relationship between the human and the institutions is explained in detail, and the logical analysis frame between the assumption about human nature and the view of the managerial institutions is established. Because human beings are lack of survival instinct which is given by nature, so human beings have to develop joint action to survive. System can survive because it could provide human beings stable relationship foundation to make up the deficient of living capability. At the same time, people achieved the ability of the "institutional thinking", and they changed the living state from natural state to social state which is rely on this ability. The result is that the human being could acquire the human characteristics. As a self-understanding about human nature, the assumptions about human nature affect the process of institutional creation. Particularly, we study the following sub-topics in this paper: The cognitive attributes of assumption affects origin of institution; The value attributed from assumption affects the meaning and nature of institution; The capability attributed from assumption affects the form and utility of institution. Additionally, the objective attributed from of assumption affects the existence and change of institution.Secondly, this article studied deeply on the analysis of the internal mechanism between the typical human characters assumption and the view of institution in the history of management thoughts. The assumption of the economic people embedded people’s multimensional structure into the predetermined regulation directed by “material interests”, formed with these characteristics: value free、hierarchical、efficiently through series of practice or experiment of “scientific change” to explore to shield the traditional thoughts, custom, routine or other nature institution under proclaimed writing and regulation structure; The assumption of social people retrieved back the lost emotion, consciousness, inspiration and other nature human aspects in industrial society, which formed “satisfied emotion”, built joint the view of human regulation management, making the expression of restriction of emotion to use available informal system to make up the lost of “humanization” in formal system. The assumption of complex people use the direction of complex emotion as foundation to preinstall a modern people figure who want to get rid of constraint of industry nobility and leader’s charm therefore forming a management system of multidimensional orientation and strong adaptability. It adapted the new requirement towards the elastic regulation by comprehensive governance and agile direction of the system aspects; The assumption of culture people focused on the lost of people’s deepen motivation to preinstall “the whole person” who has the following characters: a perfect personality, lofty ideals and love the truth, forming the formation of focusing value, the logical “enabling” system and the joint building culture of the forming regulation system, stimulating people to change the relationship between people with nature, people with society and people with people to a better future.Finally, from the point of view of the history of the management institutions, we achieved the constant deepening understanding of human and management also prying out management system concept and the provisions of the "unfinished" coincide, which is destined to management system function expression of the overall "unfinished" feature, i.e., the hypothesis of human nature management system concept will always exist in the fate of development. The research of western human hypothesis management system brings many inspirations to the construction of the system of our country. Through the interpretation of the concept of human nature in China and analysis of contemporary social and psychological changes, we see that we will need to construct China rebuilding humanist rationality system and change the traditional power of survival mode based on integrated value management system concept.
