Study On Strategy Of Cultivation For Talented Person Of Logistics In Higher Vocation Colleges

During the global economics'development, logistics is figured the key to country development. It is the necessary and important part of economics and society development. With the establishment of important status of logistics, those who have logistics ability, especially advanced operation managements are urgently needed. Logistics personnel have become one of the most scarcest talents in the 12 categories'personnel. The quantity, quality and configuration can not satisfy the demand of the present marketing. It encumbers the target which we become a logistics great power country.The higher vocational college should be the hinge for training professional logistics personnel. According to the policy, many colleges started to establish logistics professional subject. However, which also accompany with some problems. How to educate the professional efficiently to improve the logistics becomes the key mission of higher vocational education.First, on the base of the demands of the developing of logistics, this essay analyses the unbalance between demand and supply of logistics professional in three aspects of quantity, quality and structure.
