To Building Vocational Logistics Professional Kaq Personnel Training Mode

The current talent training patterns for College Logistics are mostly "ability-rooted" or"ability-based"pattern. With the coming around of the knowledge economy and China's entrance to WTO, the logistics talent in the 21 st century need meet the newer and higher demand propostd by the society. However, no matter on the educational ideas, major arrangements, curriculum setting or instructional patterns, the talent training patterns in College Logistics at present stage can't adapt to the challenge that knowledge-based economy brought and the impact that WTO createel, so it is necessary for us to establish a new talent training pattern for College Logistics that is consistent with situations of our country.Based on several study methods such as case study and investigaton, the flaw of the talent training patterns for College Logistics has been found, the objective goal for new talent training pattern has been identified. Combining the redlity of our College Logistics with examples of domestic and international talent training patterns of College Logistics, the basic frame of KAQ talent training pattern of College Logistics(the talent training pattern merging the teaching knowledge, skill development and personnel guality improvement) is promoted, and then the major arrangements, instructional patterns are instructional patterns are constructed, such as curriculum settings, instructional evaluations, teacher groups, instructional managements and others. In this thesis, a new talent training pattern of College Logistics has been tried to set up that is consistent with situations of our country to provide theoretical guidance for cultivating 21st century'logistics talent with harmonious devehopment of knowledge, skill and guality.
