From the end of 2000, real estate evaluation institutions were completed entirely to the market and become a real social intermediary organizations. In recent 10 years, real estate evaluation enterprise continuous innovation, in assessing the theory and assessment technology, and seriously explore and strive to improve practice standards for the development and improvement of the land market to make a positive contribution, achieving better economic and social benefits. But as business continues to develop, real estate evaluation practice business environment has undergone tremendous changes, market competition becomes more intense, internal management problems constantly exposed to a large extent affected the real estate evaluation enterprises bigger and stronger. Internal governance is directly related to real estate evaluation enterprise level quality management and risk control, to strengthen internal corporate governance is to assess the healthy functioning of the natural requirements for the assessment of the basis for further development and growth enterprises. This assessment of the industry from domestic real estate evaluation area in the internal governance issues common to start using the relevant theory, organizational form, ownership structure, distribution mechanism, incentive mechanism, performance evaluation and corporate culture building, on real estate evaluation of internal corporate governance for multidimensional analysis and discussion.
